For returns and complaints, please use our returns portal. In case of a defect, if you dispose of your jewelry yourself, you will receive a voucher or a new shipment of the jewelry. If you want to get the amount of the defective jewelry refunded, then you will receive a free return voucher.
.Our jewelry is water resistant, but should avoid contact with chemicals. We recommend that you always take off your jewelry before showering or washing your hands. This will make your jewelry last even longer.
If a discount code does not work, it is usually because you are trying to combine a discount code or use a discount code that does not suit you (e.g. newsletter). Unfortunately, we are not technically able to let you redeem multiple discount codes at once.
