Return
The following points exclude a return of the order:
- The jewelry shows signs of use.
- The jewelry box and or jewelry bag was damaged or is not included in the return. The exception to this applies to partial returns.
- The period of 14 days has expired.
- The jewelry has been worn more than once.
Exchange
In the case of an exchange, the process is similar to a return. The small difference is that you will be issued the purchase amount in the form of a voucher.
Unfortunately, no return labels are offered. Since we offer free shipping, we ask that you follow this.

After receiving the return, the purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days. We recommend the return with a consignment number, because if the return is lost without a consignment number, no refund can be made. The return costs for this will be refunded in the form of a voucher.
